CrossFit

„Workout of the day“ ist eine klassische CrossFit Trainingseinheit, bestehend aus einem Erwärmungs-/Mobilisationsteil, Techniktraining, Krafttraining und einem Ausdaueranteil.

Je nach Trainingszyklusphase sind die einzelnen Trainingsinhalte sehr variabel mit unterschiedlichen Schwerpunkten.
